Total hashrate available: How much mining power Chips has available for rent for a particular algorithm
APR: This is the current return one can expect to earn based on the market conditions at the current moment. Because this is based on USD value, the APR can fluctuate significantly. APR is simply calculated by the expected profit at todays market conditions for a 3 month rental duration. APR is annualized.
TVL: Total value of the cTokens that are currently mining for users.
