3) Start Mining with Advanced

Now that you've chosen your preferred algorithm to mine, you can choose what currency you want to use to pay for your mining power and electricity.

The first section, "You use:" indicates how much you want to pay to start mining. The more you pay, the more mining power you get, and the more you earn. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown.

You also choose your duration here - 12 months gets a cheaper electric rate (thus, a higher APR) and lower effort, whereas three months gets you more mining power but a higher electric rate. At the end of your duration, you can either sell your Chips Tokens on the open market, or you can start another rental.

Your payment will be split into two coins - Chips Tokens - which represent your mining power - and kWatt tokens - which represent your energy usage for the duration that you want to earn. You can also see how much you'll earn, in this case it is showing Litecoin + Doge merged mining.

Click confirm after you've chosen your preferred currency to pay with and your preferred duration. Where you'll be taken to the final summary page before your rental begins. After you click confirm on the Chips website, go to your wallet to sign the transaction.

You'll see your transaction go through in a minute. Click View Live Rewards to be taken to the My Earnings page and watch your income grow!

If you purchased with a currency other than KDA, your rental will show up on your My Earnings page within 10 minutes. The transaction needs to be bridged from the chain you paid on.
